Payment Methods
DataImpulse offers several ways to top up your balance and purchase plans. Available methods can vary by region.
Traditional Payments
Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major international cards are supported.
Apple Pay and Google Pay: Fast payment through mobile wallets. Availability depends on your location.
Alipay: Available in supported regions.
UPIpay: Available in supported regions.
QRIS: Available in supported regions.
PIX: Temporarily available only through a request to our Support Team.
PayPal: PayPal access is not available by default and is restricted to most users, requiring a manual request through our Support Team and a verification process where DataImpulse reserves the right to deny access at our sole discretion.
Cryptocurrencies
You can top up your balance with popular crypto assets through our integrated payment provider, Cryptomus.
Mind the Fees: It is critical to account for all network and exchange withdrawal fees when sending your payment.
Underpayments: If you send an amount less than the declared invoice total, the transaction will not complete automatically. In this case, you will need to contact Cryptomus Support directly to resolve the issue and locate your funds.
The 7-day refund policy does not apply to cryptocurrency payments.
Wire Transfer
Wire transfers are available for corporate clients and large payments. Please contact our Support Team, and we will generate a bank invoice for you.

Intro plan: Available for
$5.Minimum deposit: The minimum top-up for plans is $50.
Auto-recharge: You can enable automatic traffic purchases when your balance reaches a set threshold.
Fees: Any payment system fees are paid by the client. This includes bank commissions and blockchain network fees.
Invoices: You can review transaction history and download PDF invoices in the Payments section of your dashboard.
Custom Requests: If you require specific payment documents or custom-formatted invoices for your accounting department, please contact our Support Team. We will review your request and generate the necessary documents whenever possible.
